Airport Seasonal Pass

Seasonal Pass

Only issued to applicants who are NRIC or FIN card holders. Passport holders are not allowed to apply for Seasonal Pass. The maximum validity of the Seasonal Pass is 3 years. However, the validity of the Airport Pass is dependent on the company’s tenancy/contract. It will also depend on the validity of the work permit/employment pass, if applicable.

 

Application Procedure

Applicants shall submit the completed application form through their company's authorised personnel to Seletar Aviation Security at seletar.avsec@changiairport.com.

This process usually takes approximately 14 working days. The authorised personnel applying the pass will receive an email approval when the application is approved.

All applicants who have applied for Apron (A) access are required to attend a mandatory Seletar Airport Safety Induction Briefing (ASIB).

 

Loss of Seasonal Pass

For any loss of Seletar Airport Seasonal Pass, please lodge a police report immediately at any Police establishment and inform the officers at the Seletar Airport Seasonal Pass Office with a copy of the lodged report. The lost airport pass will be suspended to prevent misuse. To replace the pass, your company should re-apply the seasonal pass as per normal procedure with the imposed fee. Concurrently, your company may choose to apply the visitor pass if you are required to access the restricted area(s) for official purposes.

 

Seletar Airport Pass Office 

The Seletar Airport Pass Office operates 3 days a week except for public holidays. The operating hours of the pass office are as follows:

On the day of appointment, applicants must come in person with the following documents for verification:

  • NRIC for Singaporean / PRs or FIN Card for foreign employees / Work employment pass and passport for foreign employees;
  • AXS Payment Receipt; and
  • Appointment Email (please get a printed hardcopy from your Company’s Coordinator if your application was submitted by them).
  • Letter of Participation in Seletar Safety Induction Briefing (for Apron access)

A photograph of the applicant will be taken and the pass will be processed. Pass applicants can expect to collect their Seasonal Pass on the same day.

In the event that the waiting queue is exceptionally long, registration may end earlier and applicants will be advised to return on another day.

Airport Visitor Pass

Visitor Pass

Issued in exchange with a valid photo identification document (NRIC, FIN or Passport) for a maximum of 24hrs of access into restricted areas of the airport. The maximum period of access that can be requested for visitor pass access is as follows:

NRIC and FIN Card:   up to 3 months
Passport holders:   up to 2 weeks

Application Procedure

Applicants shall submit the completed application form through their company's authorised personnel to Seletar Airport's appointed security service provider at seletar_sup@certisgroup.com.

This process usually takes around 10 working days. 

All applications received will be serialised and the serial number will be provided to applicant via email to acknowledge receipt of the application. Applicants may contact the Seletar Airport Visitor Pass Office at 6481 5856, quoting the serial number, to check on the pass application status.

Filming & Photography Permit

Applicants who wish to apply for a permit to carry out filming/photography at Seletar Airport must ensure that filming is aviation related and has direct relations to airport operations.
